Where do you ship?
We currently ship throughout Australia from our workshop in New South Wales.
Shipping rates are shown at checkout, and tracking details will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.
International shipping is not currently available.
When will my order be shipped?
Turnaround times depend on what you order:
- Ready-made rebinds: Dispatched within 3–5 business days.
- Rebinding kits and materials: Dispatched within 5–7 business days.
- Pre-cut HTV: Dispatched within 7–10 business days.
- Made-to-order rebinds: Please allow approximately 4–6 weeks before dispatch.
- Fully custom single rebinds: Please allow approximately 6–8 weeks before dispatch.
- Custom series orders: Turnaround times are quoted individually based on the number of books and complexity of the design.
- Digital downloads: Available immediately after purchase.
These timeframes are estimates and may be shorter depending on the current order queue. As every physical order is prepared by hand, turnaround times may be slightly longer during busy periods. Any significant delays will be communicated directly.
How do digital downloads work?
Digital products are delivered electronically after purchase. No physical product will be shipped.
You will need compatible software and, for SVG cover designs, access to a cutting machine.
Due to the digital nature of these products, digital purchases cannot be returned or refunded once delivered, except where a file is faulty.
Where are your products made?
Art & Parcel is a 100% female-owned and operated Australian small business.
We do not dropship. Every physical order is prepared, handcrafted and shipped directly from our workshop in New South Wales.
FAQ - Products
Do you supply the book for rebinds?
Yes. All custom, made-to-order and ready-made rebinds are created using books sourced by Art & Parcel.
We do not currently accept customer-supplied books for rebinding.
What is the difference between the Complete and Premium Rebinding Kits?
The Complete Rebinding Kit includes the tools and materials needed to rebind an existing book, including standard book cloth, endpapers and cover HTV.
The Premium Rebinding Kit includes upgraded book cloth and HTV, artwork endpapers, a ribbon bookmark, book charm and decorative clamp.
Both kits include access to our step-by-step video guide.
Are the rebinding kits suitable for beginners?
Yes. Our kits are designed to make your first rebind as approachable as possible, with the required tools, materials and a step-by-step video guide included. They also include test strips to make sure you're ready for the final go!
Our kits are designed for rebinding an existing book rather than binding a book from scratch.
What is the difference between an SVG and pre-cut HTV?
An SVG is a digital design file that you download and cut yourself using a compatible cutting machine and software.
Pre-cut HTV is a physical iron-on cover design that has already been cut for you and is shipped directly from our workshop, ready to apply to your book cloth
