Where are your products shipped from?

We are a 100% Australian owned and operated small business! All of our products are shipped from our Sydney based premises.

How long does shipping take?

All orders are processed and leave our premises within two business days of order. Orders with standard shipping typically takes 2-7 business days to arrive. Express shipping options will be coming later this year!

What should I do if I receive a damaged or incomplete kit?

If you receive a damaged or incomplete kit, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We’ll be happy to resolve the issue by sending a replacement or providing a refund.

Do you offer international shipping?

Right now we only ship to Australia but keep your eyes peeled and hopefully we will be shipping internationally soon!

How does the subscription service work?

Our subscription service delivers a new art or craft kit to your door every month/quarter/six months. Each kit includes all the materials and instructions needed to complete a unique project. You can choose from various subscription plans to suit your preferences and crafting needs.

Can I purchase a single kit without subscribing?

Yes! You can purchase individual kits without committing to a subscription. Simply browse our selection, choose the kit you’d like, and check out.

How do I cancel, skip or amend my subscription box?

Create or log in to your account in by clicking the person icon in the top right corner of our website to go to the log in page where you can cancel, skip or amend your subscription.

When are subscription boxes shipped?

Your first box will be shipped within 2 business days of purchase. Following boxes are shipped as your subscription renews.

How do I track my subscription shipments?

Once your kit has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your shipment through our shipping carrier’s website.

Can I gift a subscription or kit to someone else?

Absolutely! Our kits and subscriptions make great gifts. You can select the gift option at checkout and include a personalized message if you’d like. For subscriptions, the recipient will receive a new kit at the frequency you decide. Additionally you can purchase a gift card.
