Where are your products shipped from?
We are a 100% Australian owned and operated small business! All of our products are shipped from our Sydney based premises. No drop shipping here!
How long does shipping take?
All orders are processed and leave our premises within two business days of order (unless otherwise specified). Orders with standard shipping typically takes 2-7 business days to arrive. Express shipping options are available now!
What should I do if I receive a damaged or incomplete order?
If you receive a damaged or incomplete order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We’ll be happy to resolve the issue by sending a replacement or providing a refund.
Do you offer international shipping?
Right now we only ship to Australia but keep your eyes peeled and hopefully we will be shipping internationally soon!

What tools and materials are included in the kits?
Each kit includes just about everything you need to complete the project, such as paints, brushes, canvases, clay, yarn, and detailed instructions. Some kits also offer optional add-ons like extra paints or tools. Some kits may require use of an oven, or basic household tools such as a pair of scissors.
Can I customise or modify a kit?
While our kits come pre-packaged with specific materials and instructions, you can certainly add your own personal touch to the project. Feel free to experiment with additional materials or modify the designs to suit your style.
Where can I find the instructions for my kit?
Written instructions for each kit are included in the box. If your kit includes video instructions or access to the template gallery this can be found by scanning the QR code on the instruction sheet. Are the kits suitable for beginners?
Yes, most of our kits are designed with beginners in mind. We provide easy-to-follow instructions and video tutorials to help you get started, and our kits often include beginner-friendly materials and tools.
